Last Updated: July 15, 2026
The short version: ReUp365 stores your pantry data on your device. We do not sell your personal data to anyone. When you connect a store account (like Kroger) or use a reorder feature (like Instacart), you choose to share specific data with those services. You can delete your data at any time. The full details are below.

This Privacy Policy explains how ReUp365 ("ReUp365," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the ReUp365 mobile application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
